USHER BOARD/GREETERS

Ushers and Greeters work to maintain the quality of the worship atmosphere and the flow of the worship service by providing manpower for leadership, service and assistance to the ministers and congregation. They assure that everything is in order when they arrive. While serving as an Usher it requires teamwork to coordinate the hosting process. Ushers facilitate seating in the Sanctuary, seat latecomers, hand out bulletins, give Welcome Packets to visitors, receive the offering and bring it forward for the blessing, and stay after service to straighten the Sanctuary. It's the ministry that makes the difference in every service.
